Excellent vegan food and chicken substitute. I'm sad they will no longer be at Roadmap Brewing anymore. The service here was better than the service of the brewery itself.

The goal and message this place sends makes me happy to come. I will say that sometimes the staff isn't that nice which I don't like but oh well. The food isn't my favorite but it's fast and easy to get. I have tried the buffalo Mac and cheese (a little too spicy for me but that's a me thing) as well as one of the wraps. I prefer Earth Burger for plant based chicken but is still good.

I frequent the project pollo on N Alamo, as it is closest to me. The people that work there are the best! I try to go every weekend, because the food is amazing and you have quite a few choices. Really good vegan food is not that easy to find. But look no more, as this is the place.

Project Pollo was in the right spot at the right time! We came by to go to Roadmap. We weren't actually planning on eating but Project Pollo was right there and had an intriguing looking menu! The truck is vegan - We're meat eaters but we're open minded to alternatives! I wasn't super hungry, so I got fries doused in cashew cheese and bacon. The cheese alternative was incredibly good! If you didn't know it, you'd think it was dairy filled cheese. That's exciting for me with my lactose intolerance to have an option that won't give me a stomach ache. The cheese did make the fries decently soggy, but I feel like that's expected to a point. The bacon was impossible to tell whether it was actually bacon or not. Honestly, I still don't know. I would presume it's an alternative, but the consistency and flavor was just like bacon that I feel like it could be? My fiancé got the chicken Caesar wrap, which is definitely not real chicken (but not a bad thing ). He enjoyed it and ate the entire thing! No complaints or feedback from him.

It was bomb! I loved the texture of the chikn... it had great seasoning... the buffalo was just right... it wasn't too strong or overpowering, the buns were soft & everything was tasty, I'll definitely be back.
